Delivered by the Tenancy Deposit Scheme (TDS), this session will cover common tenancy deposit challenges experienced by agents and provide the vital knowledge needed to overcome them. The course will include training on how to build an effective inventory and assess fair wear and tear. It will also provide an in-depth understanding of the adjudication process.
