Past Events

Be prepared, be professional, be TDS Academy trained. Roll up your sleeves and get stuck in with TDS Adjudication Workshop. Run over half a day, we will teach you how to ‘think like an adjudicator’. This course is ideally suited to propery managers and administrators, inventory suppliers and landlords. We focus on TDS Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR), discuss scenarios, and identify the kind of evidence an adjudicator looks for in a tenancy deposit dispute. Sharing your own experiences and learning from others is something past delegates have particularly enjoyed. You will qualify for 3 hours of Continued Professional Development (CPD) which we will confirm with a TDS Academy certificate. You will gain some really useful tips and learn effective, practical solutions, along with guidance documents to take away which will help you consolidate your understanding of the ADR process. The TDS Academy team are committed to delivering the half’ day’s program in a relaxed, friendly environment with plenty of refreshment breaks. Light refreshments are included.
