Dispute Service, the Government-appointed administrators for the Tenancy Deposit Scheme (TDS), have once again retained the BSI certification in accordance with ISO:1002:2014 for complaints management.
Following an annual inspection and audit of management procedures and processes by the British Standards Institute (BSI), TDS were awarded the Certificate of Registration which confirms that TDS operates a Customer Satisfaction Management system to a recognised quality standard.
TDS Head of Member Services, John King, was delighted: “This is great news for all our TDS colleagues and, of course, our customers; we constantly strive to provide a high level of service that is not only focused on the customer and the offering we provide but also allows us to be flexible and improve what we do. This is a great way of showing that we are working well in the area of customer satisfaction, although always aim to improve”.
The BSI ISO 1002:2014 is the international standard for customer satisfaction and provides guidelines for putting processes and procedures in place that allow TDS to identify areas in our business where we can improve standards. This allows us to help customers with their enquiries effectively and efficiently – from this we are able to improve our service and please the customers we provide for.
This is the fifth consecutive year TDS have demonstrated that they have robust and effective operational guidelines in place to be customer facing and help with tenancy deposit protection. The annual inspection helps maintain the high standards and identify the continuous efforts that are being made to innovate.
At TDS we are very proud of our high service levels, to find out more about how we can help you, visit our ‘Why Switch?’ page today.
