“SME Professional has an extensive array of integrations with providers across the property sector and we are delighted to add TDS as one of our integration partners,” commented Fraser Sutherland, Managing Director at SME Professional.
With a background in innovation, founders Fraser Sutherland and Robin Lyles had a vision for an affordable property sector focused product that would automate processes across their customers’ businesses.
“We are delighted to have SME Professional onboard with the TDS API integration. Their ongoing commitment to innovation through technology aligns closely with our own values of making life easier for the PRS,” commented Debbie Davies, Head of Sales and Client Success.
Automatic transfer from CRM to TDS deposit scheme
The TDS API is designed to remove the time-consuming task of transferring tenancy deposit data from a CRM system to the deposit scheme platform. Historically, this has been a manual task for letting agents that can result in duplication of work and human error when inputting data.
Instead, it automatically transfers the data without any inputting required from the agent. This reduces inaccuracies and saves agents more time in the deposit protection process.
Tenancy deposits transferred in one click
The TDS API integration works seamlessly with the SME Professional software, registering deposit data at the click of a button.
“This functionality reduces operational costs for agents and helps to reduce data entry errors associated with lodging deposits,” added Fraser.
