As far as our Senior Disputes Credit Controller Adrian was concerned, it was a normal day at the Tenancy Deposit Scheme (TDS) office – well, as normal as it can be at the moment.
In fact, Adrian is one of the people at TDS who has worked extra hard to maintain a level of normality at the office during lockdown.
While most people have been working remotely, Adrian has ensured the office has been kept operational by handling all incoming and outgoing post, accepting deliveries, arranging for servicing of any equipment, and being the main contact in the office. He’s done all of that while performing his regular role as credit controller – one he’s done brilliantly for 12 years at TDS!
Nothing has been too much trouble for Adrian and so, when Adrian went to check in at the office this week, he was greeted with a mystery package. Inside was a luxury Fortum and Mason hamper from the TDS team to show our thanks and appreciation for Adrian’s efforts over the past few weeks.
“It was a complete surprise”, commented Adrian. “I wasn’t expecting it all. It was really nice to be recognised for my efforts – although that isn’t why I did it all.”
“My wife is thrilled and wondered where on earth I’d got the hamper from when I walked in the door with it! I wasn’t familiar with Fortum and Mason, but she was and has really enjoyed looking through it – as have I,” added Adrian.
We hope you and your wife thoroughly enjoy the hamper, Adrian. Thank you for all you’ve done.
