The Tenancy Deposit Scheme (TDS) has announced that GNB Property Software Solutions (GNB Property) , a leading technology and software partner with a growing portfolio of lettings and sales agents, has integrated with its time saving API.
The integration between the TDS API and GNB Property allows agents to register deposits at the click of a button, without the need to enter data manually. Agents can save time, avoid unnecessary repetition of work, and minimise human error by using the API. The deposit data is automatically transferred from GNB Property’s platform to both the Insured and Custodial schemes.
An integration that provides agents the right tools to succeed
The GNB Property management software provides an ‘Agency In A Box’ suite that does exactly what it says; it’s a single system that helps to run every part of an agency’s business from managing properties, advertising lettings, sales, to rental payments and businesses’ finance. The company has grown in leaps and bounds thanks to its close partnerships with agents, and the company’s ability to tailor software and build new features, suiting their agent’s needs.
“We know that our client’s success is our success, so we want to provide them with all the tools they need to succeed” comments Jordan Insull, Sales Director at GNB Property,
“That includes a way to safely hold and manage deposits that works to not only educate every party but, protects all of their interests too. We want our clients to have top-quality resources and that includes TDS. TDS looks out for agents, tenants and landlords alike; it’s about doing what’s right and best for everyone involved”.
A business with integrity
GNB Property grew from The Global Notice Board, a humanitarian project with the aim to help stop homelessness and we’ve carried a core value of that project into our business; integrity in everything we do from customer relations to the culture of our own company. We look out for our clients and help them look out for theirs.
With its own non-profit position and dedication to informing and protecting everyone, from the agents to the tenants, we know that TDS doesn’t just excel at what it does but is a company with similar values to our own. As a business that prioritises doing what’s right by our agents, we believe TDS is the way to do that”.
A tailored solution for agents
GNB Property has recognised where there are commonalities in the problems agents face, to produce a product that addresses them, while offering a tailored approach to suit each agency’s unique ways of working, simplifying the workflow.
Debbie Davies, Head of Sales and Client Success at TDS comments:
“It has always been our goal to make life easier for agents, landlords, and tenants by using cutting-edge technology to simplify the rental experience for everyone. GNB Property utilises a custom approach with innovative ideas to improve the client experience, making them a perfect match for TDS. This collaboration with GNB Property and TDS API will provide agents with an easy-to-use solution that will streamline their deposit protection. We’re excited to work with GNB Property and offer this time-saving functionality to our customers”.
