Tenancy Deposit Scheme Northern Ireland (TDSNI), the leading tenancy deposit protection scheme in Northern Ireland, was crowned the UK’s Best Tenancy Deposit Protection Scheme at the 2020 ESTAS in July.
This year, due to lockdown, the event was hosted virtually via YouTube and hosted by Phil Spencer remotely.
The suppliers award is based on honest reviews and feedback from customers, and this is the fifth consecutive year that the Belfast-based TDSNI has scooped the top award for best in sector at one of the property industry’s most highly regarded ceremonies.
This is a remarkable achievement for the scheme considering it has only been in operation for a few years.
TDSNI provides landlords and letting agents with Insured and Custodial tenancy deposit protection options, both of which come with excellent customer service and technological support for easier and quicker tenancy deposit management.
Eamonn Hunt, operations manager at TDSNI, said: “It’s fantastic to have the work that we do for our members recognised and we thank them for their support.”
Tenancy Deposit Scheme England and Wales, and Safe Deposits Scotland were also shortlisted at the awards, recognising the organisation’s nationwide dedication to customer service excellence.
