The Dispute Service (which includes the Tenancy Deposit Scheme (TDS), TDS Northern Ireland and Safe Deposits Scotland) has been ranked No.3 in the UK’s Best 10 Not for Profit companies to work for in the Best Companies Awards 2021.
This year’s award recognised the Dispute Service as an outstanding place to work after assessing feedback from staff across the well-known tenancy deposit protection and dispute resolution organisation.
“Over the past year, we’ve focused heavily on supporting colleagues during the Covid-19 pandemic, helping them to cope with remote working. We are incredibly proud of how well they have all done in such unusual and challenging circumstances,” commented Steve Harriott, CEO at the Dispute Service.
Despite the difficulties of 2020-21, service levels at TDS remained constant as they ramped up efforts to continue supporting the Private Rented Sector (PRS) remotely.
“The customer service team didn’t stop providing support to our customers throughout 2020-21. They suffered no downtime at all, and this is testament to their incredible resilience and that of our organisation. While they were pulling out all the stops to help our customers, we were doing all we could to support them in their work set-up. Of all the awards, this one means so much because it comes directly from our teams across the UK. A happy workplace equates to great service. Our customers continuously feedback how friendly our staff are; that level of service can only come from people who genuinely enjoy their job. To be voted number 3 in the Not-for-Profit list is a stunning achievement,” added Steve.
In addition to being ranked third in the Top 10 UK Not-for-Profits, the Dispute Service was also ranked in the Top 75 Companies in the East of England and Top 100 Mid-Sized Companies in the UK. Take a look at all of our other awards here!
